Delete your HANELO account
You can delete the account yourself, in the app, in under a minute. No e-mail to us is needed.
In the app
- Open HANELO and go to Me → Settings → Account.
- Tap Delete account and confirm with Yes, delete my account.
What happens right away: your profile is hidden from everyone, your push tokens are removed, and you are removed from any household. Your username stays reserved for 30 days so nobody can take it over.
After 30 days: the account, e-mail address, profile and every server record linked to it are permanently erased. This cannot be undone.
Changed your mind? Sign in within those 30 days and tap Keep my account. Everything comes back.

If you no longer have the app
Send an e-mail from the address you signed up with to privacy@hanelo.app with the subject "Delete my HANELO account". We will start the same 30-day deletion and confirm by e-mail. We may ask you to confirm from that address so nobody else can delete your account.
Dein HANELO-Konto löschen
Du kannst das Konto selbst in der App löschen, in unter einer Minute. Eine E-Mail an uns ist nicht nötig.
In der App
- Öffne HANELO und gehe zu Ich → Einstellungen → Konto.
- Tippe auf Konto löschen und bestätige mit Ja, mein Konto löschen.
Sofort: Dein Profil wird für alle ausgeblendet, deine Push-Token werden entfernt und du wirst aus jedem Haushalt entfernt. Dein Benutzername bleibt 30 Tage reserviert, damit niemand ihn übernehmen kann.
Nach 30 Tagen: Konto, E-Mail-Adresse, Profil und alle damit verknüpften Serverdaten werden endgültig gelöscht. Das lässt sich nicht rückgängig machen.
Umentschieden? Melde dich innerhalb dieser 30 Tage an und tippe auf Konto behalten. Alles ist wieder da.

Wenn du die App nicht mehr hast
Schreib von der Adresse, mit der du dich registriert hast, an privacy@hanelo.app mit dem Betreff „HANELO-Konto löschen“. Wir starten dieselbe 30-Tage-Löschung und bestätigen per E-Mail. Wir können dich um eine Bestätigung von dieser Adresse bitten, damit niemand sonst dein Konto löschen kann.
HANELO hesabını sil
Hesabı uygulama içinden kendin, bir dakikadan kısa sürede silebilirsin. Bize e-posta yazman gerekmez.
Uygulamada
- HANELO'yu aç ve Ben → Ayarlar → Hesap'a git.
- Hesabı sil'e dokun ve Evet, hesabımı sil ile onayla.
Hemen olanlar: profilin herkesten gizlenir, bildirim jetonların silinir ve tüm hanelerden çıkarılırsın. Kullanıcı adın 30 gün boyunca ayrılmış kalır; kimse alamaz.
30 gün sonra: hesap, e-posta adresi, profil ve ona bağlı tüm sunucu kayıtları kalıcı olarak silinir. Geri alınamaz.
Vazgeçtin mi? Bu 30 gün içinde giriş yap ve Hesabımı koru'ya dokun. Her şey geri gelir.

Uygulama artık sende yoksa
Kayıt olduğun adresten privacy@hanelo.app adresine "HANELO hesabımı sil" konulu bir e-posta gönder. Aynı 30 günlük silmeyi başlatır ve e-postayla onaylarız. Başkası hesabını silemesin diye o adresten doğrulama isteyebiliriz.
